1. Community of Practice Certifications

All our certifications are divided in two parts a) training and b) certification. CDS Bureau instructors deliver training remotely or on-site. Our instructors have practical knowledge of implementing CoP programs and CoPs. These training are created using many years of industry experience.

1.1 Certified Communities of Practice Program Manager (CCPPM)

This certification is great for professionals who want to start or manage a communities of practice program that can run many communities of practice.

A two days on-site or remote training prepares professionals to build a successful CoP program, build CoP infrastructure, define policies & guidelines, setup performance metrics, connect program with company executives, define CoP program strategy, align CoP program strategy with company’s business strategy and much more.

One hour online exam tests trained attendees’ knowledge and award CCPPM certificate after passing the exam.

2. Cyber Security Aware Professional (CSAP)

This certification helps an organization to train its employees to avoid common and sophisticated cyber security traps. This certification is a must to help your employees safeguard your business from hackers. Most of us are not aware of basic cyber security threats. Anyone can attend this course because this course does not require technical expertise.

A one day on-site or remote training will train employees on many topics including basic cyber security concepts, phishing, social engineering, scams, malware, ransomware, virus, hacker’s modus operandi, preventive measures, threat prevention, monitoring, and elimination, software awareness, and cyber security awareness etc.

One hour online exam tests trained attendees’ knowledge and award CSAP certificate after passing the exam.
